Live video broadcasting from your webcam

I was over to mySpace lastnight and I saw an ad in the right side column for a new vLog location this time with a .ca URL blogTV.ca is the first Canadian social network destination developed for Canadians; a place for broadcasters to showcase their talents, watch recorded broadcasts, interact with the community and more. Your fans await you; do not keep them waiting! .. so I joined up and became a member ... frankly I didn't have enough guts to do more than a minute live , but I watched others do their live broadcasts and noticed other members could chat realtime with the vLogger. Unfortunately I couldn't input anything so I appeared more as a lurker .. not the best rep to get. Here are a few questions I posed to the moderation staffer

What is blogtv.ca?
blogtv.ca is an online social network for Canadian's to showcase their talents live and to interact with their fans (viewers). (See About Us for more details.)

What is the difference between Broadcasts and Shows?
On blogtv.ca, every broadcast belongs to a specific show it's been classified under. To begin broadcasting, you need to create a new show or open an existing show. Any new show that you are creating requires a name and a description of the show; this will make it easier for blogtv.ca members to find you and your show. Once you start broadcasting, you can choose to start recording at any time during your live broadcast. Each separate recorded portion of a live broadcast becomes a unique recorded broadcasts and available immediately on blogtv.ca.

What do I need to get started?
In order to watch broadcasts on blogtv.ca, the minimum requirements are Windows 98 installed on your PC. The browsers that blogtv.ca can be viewed in are Internet Explorer 6 and higher. Any model of web-enabled camera and an internet connection is all you'll need to broadcast a show. The minimum system requirements for Mac and PC are OS X and Pentium 4 respectively; either IE or Firefox web browser and you must be using the current version of the Flash Player. The PC requirement is one with the following minimum specifications: Pentium 4, 128MB Memory.

How do I protect my privacy?
Your privacy and the integrity of any information you provide are important to us. Your e-mail address is always private and is not made available to other members unless you willingly share it with them. (See our Privacy Policy for more details.)

What are the Community Forums?
This is a place where users can post and read comments by other members. You can share thoughts and ask questions that are top of mind, provide and learn cool tips and communicate privately with other members.

I haven't seen any one use the co-host format yet does it work ... I still like the idea but we'll have to give them our views can you complain in the forum does your id work there me no I can read but I can't post and my id pass doesn't work there.
